Please click on the link below to start your child’s application to Kairos. Make sure to fill in all required fields and follow all instructions on the form completely. In addition, please submit the documents and payments listed below. Applications without all accompanying documents and payments will not be processed. Any applications submitted outside of the designated application period will not be entertained until the next official application season opens. Nursery, Pre-Kinder, and Kindergarten applicants must reach the prescribed age by July 1.
Please also make sure your family prepares the following documents and fees to complete the application. Instructions are included in the form.
- NSO copy of student’s birth certificate (original and photocopy)
- For non-Filipino citizens: Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) /passport/Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV)
- For elementary applicants: Current report card and 2 recommendation letters – 1 from current homeroom teacher or guidance counselor and 1 from church pastor or Sunday School teacher. For guide questions, please click here.
